14. Florida Real Estate Compliance

Bridge of Lions Realty & Consulting Inc. is licensed in the State of Florida. All real estate brokerage activities are conducted in compliance with Florida Statutes Chapter 475 and applicable rules of the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC). Peter Fragale is the Licensed Real Estate Broker of Record, Florida License #BK3091510. All property management and leasing activities are performed by Florida-licensed real estate professionals.

15. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws in connection with your use of the Services, including the Florida Electronic Activity and Commerce Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and applicable fair housing laws. You agree not to use the Services in any manner that would violate applicable fair housing or anti-discrimination laws.

16. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. BEFORE INITIATING ANY LEGAL ACTION, YOU AGREE TO CONTACT US IN WRITING AND ALLOW 30 DAYS TO ATTEMPT GOOD-FAITH RESOLUTION.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreements you execute with Bridge of Lions Realty & Consulting Inc., constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
